• Some of our products may be available for pre-order or made-to-order. Please be aware that these items may require additional time to produce and may not ship for 2-3 months after the pre-order or pre-sale period begins. ALL SALES FOR PRE-ORDER AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NON-RETURNABLE. We stand behind the exceptional craftsmanship of our products and are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase.

• For domestic orders, we offer three shipping options:

  • Ground Shipping, with a flat rate of $8, typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing.

  • 2nd Day shipping, with a flat rate of $15, typically arrives within 2 business days after processing.

  • Overnight shipping, with a flat rate of $22, arrives the next business day after processing.

• For international orders, we offer a flat rate of $22 for worldwide shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local delivery schedules.

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with the tracking information for your package.
